Billing & invoices

Billing is handled through Stripe (subscriptions, invoices, payment methods). Open Settings → Subscription in the app for the Stripe customer portal. Legal entity details: Imprint.

Still stuck? Email [email protected] from the email address you use for billing in Stripe.

Goals & events

Create pageview goals, custom events, and ecommerce events from the dashboard. Shopify and WooCommerce map to the same goal names (Add to Cart, Begin Checkout, Purchase). See the goals docs.

Bot filtering

When data arrives, we discard requests with an empty or known bot User-Agent and still return HTTP 202. Debug with the X-Debug-Request header to see the IP we receive. Details: bot filtering.

Pricing & plans

See pricing for Starter, Growth, Business, and Enterprise. Billing is based on monthly pageviews and custom events across your team (engagement beacons do not count).

Installation

After you add a site, the app scans the URL and suggests Script, WordPress, Tag Manager, or NPM. Use Send a test visit and I've installed it to verify. Proxy guides: get past ad blockers.

GDPR & compliance

Start with the DPA and Privacy Policy. Vendor questionnaires: [email protected].

Enterprise

Custom website limits, higher Stats API limits, help with setting up the proxy, and priority support. Email [email protected] with expected monthly pageviews, number of sites, team size, and API needs.

FAQ

Is billing based on the number of sites?

Within standard plans, billing is based on total pageviews and custom events across all sites on the team. The number of websites is limited separately (Starter 1, Growth 3, Business 10).

Do custom events count toward usage?

Yes. Only engagement events (engagement), which measure time on page and scrolling, do not count toward the pageview quota.
