Two-factor authentication
Two-factor authentication (2FA) — an extra one-time code from an authenticator app — is temporarily unavailable in the app.
Current status: 2FA cannot be switched on at the moment. You can still sign in with email and password or a magic link (a sign-in link sent by email), and you can review and end active sessions.
What you can do today
- Open https://app.puremetrix.org/settings/security.
- Review active sessions and sign out any device you do not recognise.
- Use a password you do not use anywhere else (or a magic link) until 2FA is back.
