Cancel subscription
Cancel your subscription or switch off renewal in the Stripe customer portal.
Steps
- Open Settings → Subscription at https://app.puremetrix.org.
- Open the Stripe portal and cancel. Usually the subscription ends at the end of the current billing period.
- After that, tracking pauses until you subscribe again. Existing stats stay. There is no forever-free fallback for new accounts.
Verify
- Open https://app.puremetrix.org and check that the menus and buttons match this guide.
- After changing the tracking code, open your site in a private browser window and check that the visit shows up in Realtime.
- If numbers look wrong, check the domain and public key, the Free plan limit, and your bot and user-role exclusions.
