Reset password

Recover access when you cannot sign in with your current password.

Steps

1. Open the login page at https://app.puremetrix.org/login.
2. Click “Forgot password?” and enter your account email.
3. Follow the link in the email, set a new password, then sign in.
4. Optional: under Settings → Security, revoke other sessions to sign out on other devices.

Verify

• Open https://app.puremetrix.org and confirm the control labels match this guide.
• After any snippet change, open your site in a private window to send a test pageview.
• If numbers look wrong, check the domain and public key, the Free plan limit, and whether bots or logged-in roles are excluded.
