Shared links
Shared links give clients a read-only PureMetrix dashboard without inviting them as teammates.
Create a link
- Open the site in app.puremetrix.org.
- Click Share next to the date range on the dashboard, or go to Site settings → Visibility & Sharing.
- Choose how long the link should live: 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or Never.
- Copy the URL. Recipients open
https://app.puremetrix.org/share/<token>.
The Share dialog saves your current date range in the URL (period or from/to). Viewers can still change the range afterwards.
Manage and revoke
- Visibility & Sharing lists every active link with an expiry label (Expires …, Never expires, or Expired).
- Revoke a link there at any time — the shared page then shows that the link was revoked.
- Expired links show a clear expired message instead of the dashboard.
Embeds and WordPress
The WordPress plugin can embed a Shared Link in wp-admin. Enabling Live Charts (Go live in the setup wizard, or later in settings) creates a link that never expires, so the embedded charts keep working.
Not included
- No password-protected links yet.
- Shared views are live stats — not a frozen PDF snapshot.
