Form submissions

Count form submissions automatically — no extra marketing tag needed — once form tracking is switched on.

Enable

Site settings → General → Tracking → forms (data-forms="true"). On WordPress, you can switch on the same option in the plugin.

For important forms (for example contact or order forms), also send your own named event when the submission succeeds. That keeps your goals clear.

Verify

• Open https://app.puremetrix.org and check that the labels there match this guide.
• After any change to the snippet, visit your site once in a private window to send a test pageview.
• If numbers look wrong, check the domain and public key, the Free-plan limit, and whether bots or user roles are excluded.
