Integration guides
Install PureMetrix on any setup: HTML snippet, WordPress, Shopify, Next.js, npm, Google Tag Manager, or through your own domain (proxy).
Choose your setup
- HTML snippet — for any website where you can add a script tag.
- WordPress — setup wizard (Connect → Go live), exclude user roles, WooCommerce purchases, optional proxy.
- Shopify — storefront script plus a custom pixel (pageview, cart, checkout, purchase).
- Next.js — provider from
@puremetrix/tracker, plus pageviews when the page changes without a reload. - npm package — init/track helpers for single-page apps.
- Google Tag Manager — load the snippet via GTM.
- Same-origin proxy — serve the script from your own domain so ad blockers block it less often.
- Vercel proxy — ready-made rewrite rules for Next.js on Vercel.
Verify
Open your site in a private window. In the browser’s developer tools (Network tab) you should see the script and an event request, and the dashboard numbers should update within a minute. If not, see Troubleshoot.
