Troubleshoot integration
No pageviews showing up? Check the domain and key, caching, ad blockers, and whether your own visits are excluded.
Checklist
- Domain / key — Site settings → General must match the live hostname and public key in the snippet. On WordPress, confirm Connect succeeded in PureMetrix → Setup (or Settings → PureMetrix).
- Cache / CDN — clear your site cache so the snippet actually appears on the pages you test (after connecting or installing the snippet).
- Ad blockers — they may block https://collect.puremetrix.org as a third-party address; enable the same-origin proxy (WordPress: Settings → PureMetrix).
- Your own visits — WordPress role exclusions and Shields can hide your own visits (test logged out in a private window, or use Send test pageview in the Go live step).
- Trial ended or cancelled — new pageviews stop until you subscribe. Grandfathered Free accounts pause after 2,000/month. Existing stats stay.
