Ecommerce revenue tracking
See revenue and average order value from WooCommerce or Shopify — and which sources bring them. Revenue widgets need Growth or above.
WordPress / WooCommerce
In the PureMetrix Analytics plugin, switch on server-side purchase tracking on the thank-you page. Place a test order and check that it appears in the revenue widgets.
Shopify
Install the PureMetrix custom pixel so purchases are sent to PureMetrix.
Verify
- Open https://app.puremetrix.org and check that the menus and buttons match this guide.
- After changing the tracking code, open your site in a private browser window and check that the visit shows up in Realtime.
- If numbers look wrong, check the domain and public key, the Free plan limit, and your bot and user-role exclusions.
