Billing FAQ
Cards and invoices run through Stripe. PureMetrix never stores full card numbers.
Basics
- Paying and managing your subscription: Settings → Subscription at https://app.puremetrix.org.
- Paid plans start at 10,000 pageviews a month; see pricing for all tiers.
- New accounts get 14 days of Starter. After the trial — or after you cancel — tracking pauses until you subscribe. A few older Free accounts still pause at 2,000 pageviews a month.
- VAT is shown on your invoices as calculated by Stripe Tax for your billing details.
Verify
- Open https://app.puremetrix.org and check that the menus and buttons match this guide.
- After changing the tracking code, open your site in a private browser window and check that the visit shows up in Realtime.
- If numbers look wrong, check the domain and public key, the Free plan limit, and your bot and user-role exclusions.
