Change email

Update the email address you use to sign in to PureMetrix.

Steps

1. Sign in at https://app.puremetrix.org.
2. Open your account settings and change your email address there.
3. Confirm via the link sent to the new address (and complete any verification the UI asks for).

The email address for invoices and receipts is separate — change it in the Stripe portal via Settings → Subscription.

Verify

• Open https://app.puremetrix.org and check that the menus and buttons match this guide.
• After changing the tracking code, open your site in a private browser window and check that the visit shows up in Realtime.
• If numbers look wrong, check the domain and public key, the Free plan limit, and your bot and user-role exclusions.
