Compare stats
Compare the current period to a previous window on the same dashboard.
Where
On the site dashboard, open the date picker and switch on comparison. Charts and key figures then show the previous period next to the current one, including the change.
Tips
- Compare like with like, e.g. a week with the previous week — especially after a big launch.
- Apply a Source or Page filter first when one campaign dominates the totals.
Verify
- Open https://app.puremetrix.org and check that the menus and buttons match this guide.
- After changing the tracking code, open your site in a private browser window and check that the visit shows up in Realtime.
- If numbers look wrong, check the domain and public key, the Free plan limit, and your bot and user-role exclusions.
