Delete account

Permanently delete your PureMetrix account and all its data.

Deletion cannot be undone. If you need records, first export your stats as CSV (paid plans) and download your invoices from Stripe.

Before you delete

  • Cancel any paid subscription in the Stripe portal.
  • Remove the tracking code, WordPress plugin, Shopify integration or proxy from your sites so they stop sending data.

Then click Delete account in your account settings and confirm via the email check the app shows.
