View and save invoices

Download invoices and receipts from the Stripe customer portal.

Steps

1. Sign in to https://app.puremetrix.org.
2. Open Settings → Subscription.
3. Open the Stripe customer portal and download the invoice PDF you need.

There is no separate invoice archive in the app — all invoices are in the Stripe portal.

Verify

• Open https://app.puremetrix.org and check that the menus and buttons match this guide.
• After changing the tracking code, open your site in a private browser window and check that the visit shows up in Realtime.
• If numbers look wrong, check the domain and public key, the Free plan limit, and your bot and user-role exclusions.
