Trial and Free accounts
New PureMetrix accounts start a 14-day Starter trial — no credit card. There is no forever-free 2,000-pageview plan for new sign-ups.
What the trial includes
- 1 site and 1 user
- Up to 10,000 pageviews per calendar month (Starter volume)
- Starter history and features (including CSV export)
- Core dashboard, goals, the cookieless script and EU hosting (Hetzner)
When the trial ends
Tracking pauses until you subscribe under Settings → Subscription or on the pricing page. Your existing stats stay visible. Starter starts at 10,000 pageviews a month for one site.
Grandfathered Free accounts
A few older accounts still have a Free plan: 1 site, 2,000 pageviews a month, 30-day history. If you are on that plan and reach 2,000 pageviews, new pageviews pause until you upgrade or the month resets. New accounts cannot join that plan.
Paid plans
Starter, Growth and Business each come in four sizes — 10,000, 100,000, 1 million or 10 million pageviews a month — and add more features the higher the plan. Enterprise is set up directly with the PureMetrix team.
