Funnel analysis
See at which step visitors drop out — for example from product page to cart to checkout. Funnels are available on Growth, Business and Enterprise.
Where
Set up a funnel under Site settings → Funnels: define each step as a pageview or an event. The dashboard then shows how many visitors make it from one step to the next.
Free and Starter do not include funnels. To upgrade, go to Settings → Subscription.
Verify
- Open https://app.puremetrix.org and check that the labels there match this guide.
- After any change to the snippet, visit your site once in a private window to send a test pageview.
- If numbers look wrong, check the domain and public key, the Free-plan limit, and whether bots or user roles are excluded.
